How do I start off?
Just goto the shop and add your products by clicking on the BUY NOW button and you are done! -
Is it neccessary to have an account to shop?
No, while it is not necessary to have a Coorg Wines account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop and checkout by providing just your email ID. -
How do I pay?
You can pay cash to the Coorg Wines representative when the order is delivered. We will be introducing online payments using credit cards and net banking shortly. -
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is Rs.300. -
Is there a delivey charge?
All our deliveries for orders above Rs. 1000/- are free in Bangalore. For all orders below 1000/- a shipping charge of Rs. 120/- will be applicable.For places outside Bangalore a shipping charge of Rs. 200/- will be applicable for 1 bottle and Rs. 400 for upto 4 bottles. Contact us for shipping charges for orders bigger than this. -
How fast do you deliver?
All orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. -
What if I am not at home when you deliver?
We will call you before the product is dispatched to ensure that it is delivered while you are available. Hence, please be available during the time alloted. -
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we will call you ask if you prefer an alternative product. Otherwise we will deliver without the product. -
Are there any hidden charges?
No, There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Coorg Wines. we belive in transparent pricing and the price you see in your cart is the price you pay. -
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order will normally be delivered in the informed slot. However, incase you have questions or the order was not delivered you can contact us -

When will Coorg Wines deliver to my area?
Coorg Wines is rapidly expanding, and we will be in your area very soon. But do let us know if you want us in your locality sooner here -
What is the product was opened/damaged/expired?
Please check the products for damage before paying during delivery. If the product was opened/damaged/expired on arrival you can return it to the delivery guy. Claims of damage will not be accepted after the delivery has been accepted. In case of any discrepancies, please use the contact us form to provide the relevant details so that we can improve our quality. -
What is your return policy?
We follow a No-Return, No-Refund policy on grounds of taste, presentation, strength, acidity, fermentation levels or any other aspect related to the production. While we do accept returns if the product was damaged on arrival or if you have any issues with the appearance of the product (which needs to be returned immediately), we will be unable to exercise a return or refund once the product has been opened, owing to various reasons. Please note that the aspects such as taste, sweetness or sourness, color, strength and other such properties of the product can vary according to individual perceptions. However, we always put in all efforts to ensure that you get a fesh brew at all instances. Accordingly, claims for return or refund will not be fulfilled. Apologies for inconvenience caused if any. Nevertheless, please be assured that you get the best products from us. -
